Anger is my main issue. This has helped a lot. I feel better around others and can attend to be around others while on this. Wish I hadn't waited so long to get help. Not 100% better but a definite improvement. Still have moments of some problems and try to remove myself from these situations but sometimes they get the best of me. The drug made me very irritable aggressive and have very agressive suicidal thoughts and feelings

I must cut the pill in half to extend the effect into the later part of the day-when I take it in the morning it clears out all the crap flowing through my head all night-

Chronic pain causing major depression. No other SSRI's have worked without severe side effects. This one on 10mg's didn't do anything. I was still crying a lot. Went to 20 mg's and got very restless, too much, couldn't keep still and was doing things that hurt my back more because I couldn't sit still. The 20 mg,s also made make me very nauseous. Comment:
I've been trying a bunch of different meds over the last 8 months and I added this one about 3 months ago. Since then, I've gained 20lbs with no change in diet or exercise. This isn't a listed side effect, but if you search the internet, you will find many others who have gained weight as well. As for my depression, I don't really feel better or worse.
