Prescribed 5mg as needed for minor performance anxiety relating to stress. Took 5mg one time and discontinued immediately due to severe side effects. Side effects became severe 24hrs later. Side effects have gradually improved over a 5 day period. Still not completely 100% recovered. Although I am sure I will. Extreme body temperature changes, body flushing, raised heat rate, raised blood pressure, extreme sweating, flu like symptoms. Been very very unpleasant to deal with. Iâ??m only 39. Started having ED this past year. Couldnâ??t stay hard during sex. Dr. Gave me 5mg and in one day of taking it I had amazing results. Fairly effective for BPH, but occasional blurry vision was side effect. Stopped taking.... no more vision problems.

Brand name versus generic. I have always had great success with brand name Cialis. Just one 5mg tablet works for 5 to 7 days. Now that there are geriatrics available the price is way down but look out for fakes. My first generic priced was Prasco brand. This is made in the USA by Eli lilly. It's the same stuff as brand name. Even the egg shaped tablet is the same with the C5 stamp and it works well. Than Walmart refiled my script with BurelPharma brand. This 5mg Tadalafil tablet is smaller and an oval shape. Their imported by Burel pharma a US middle man. The actual manufacturer is Aurobindo in India. I am in my mid 40s and I have a mild/moderate ED. After taking my my first Cialis 20mg. Onupton has the best prices available online. I was rock hard. And, I last super long before my first orgasm. A real plus in terms of sexual performance: hardness, and marathon.

Horrible, horrible. I tried few times thinking, "maybe side effects was caused by something else" NO, NO! the flu like symptoms, all body muscle pain, massive headache, swollen face and eyes and bad sleep., doesn't really worth the hassle, i better stick with viagra instead which only bad side effect is bad sleep.

Effectiveness: not effective. Side effects: Serious legs and back pain even 2 days after taking. Recommendation: Do not take!

10mg did not work. Took an additional 10mg second day. Worked well, but experiencing severe leg and back pain.

I was diagnosed with BPH going to the bathroom 5 times a night. I still had erections but 50-75% hard compared to 20 years ago. My doctor prescribed Flomax and it made be sick as a dog after taking my first pill. I begged my doctor to prescribe Cialis and finally he reluctantly agreed to prescribe it but he did write the script for ED only. So every time I go to pharmacy the girls see a big note on the medication that I take it for ED. ;-( I spoke to several doctors and they all are uncomfortable treating BPH with Cialis for some reason. Lets face it if you are over 50 and have BPH you are probably experiencing some ED and probably like me... I was uncomfortable to bring it up to my doctor. My doctor did not offer Cialis as one of the possible drug treatments and I had to do my own research after Flomax made me sick. I started on CIALIS 5 mg daily and after taking my first dose only 3 hours later I was able to have a "diamond cutter" and went to use bathroom only once that night. The next day I started to have noticeable lower back pain including my butt and back side of my thighs. It took me several days to figure out that it was caused by the Cialis and the pain went away after stooping for two days. I started to take 1/2 pill (2.5 mg) every other day and the pain is tolerable yet the erections remain just as strong. I am even thinking that 1/2 pill every 3 days will work for me. I took 5 mg daily use for 2.5 years. I had horrible heart burn nearly every night, regardless of when I took it. So I decided to try something else: what if I took it only about an hour before sex, and about 10-15 mg a time. Guess what--no more heart burn at all. Very hard erection and absolutely no enlarged prostate. I am also taking Flomax. But I feel probably 200% better than taking the daily Cialis. I do get the "generic" knockoff from Canada, which is great for sex. I still have to take a genuine Cialis pill once a week to keep my prostate size in check. I buy 20 mg from Canada and cut into 3 pieces. It helps me sustain erection for 30 -45 minutes of intercourse. Makes my spouse very happy because of many orgasms! Only side effects for me are a stuffy nose which doesnt last only for 2 or 3 hrs.

What a horrible drug! Side effects are unbearable. Took 20mg, and while it did give me an erection a little easier than taking nothing, the orgasm / ejaculation was severely diminished! Had a hard time getting to sleep after sex as well, heart was pounding from the Cialis. Have read that it can cause palpitations and raciness, sleep problems. Side effects: severe heart burn for 2 days! Worse than any spicy food. Sinuses are completely plugged for days following the drug! Horrible flu-like feeling, headaches, congestion, loss of appetite, sneezing, tinnitus / ringing in the ears. These are all listed in the potential side effects, But I’ve never experienced these side effects from any other drug. This drug is amazing. Started with 5 mg each day to help with urine flow problems and soft erectios . Wow! Started having erections all the time during the day and night . Cut back to 21/2 mg a day and it worked . Still get erections like I was a 18 yrs old but not at unwanted times when taking 5 mg a day . Urine flow has improved and urge at night is much better . Highly recommend this drug .

I was on Flomax for 2 weeks, but had no improvement with terrible stuffy nose. So switched to Cialis 5mg daily. From the day 2, aches and pains in legs and buttocks. Day 3 and 4, pain got worse. It was not unbearable pain but enough to make me toss and turn all night. Day 5, I had to take the pain killers to sleep. Day 6, the aches and pains gone with awesome other benefit for ED. Also see some improvement on BPH already.

Cialis has given me the ability to get and maintain an erection as well as a satisfying sex life again. Started out taking 20 mg but have been cutting the pill in half after experiencing leg pain as a side effect. 10 mg seems to do the trick.
