This medicine is a God send and has helped me to walk, sleep and get things done in the house. I can even tolerate sitting in a car now.

I've taken Soma (Carisopradol) for 16 years. It truly has helped me a lot. I was in two very serious car wrecks and had broke my back and neck. This medication is wonderful for muscle spasms and back pain. It is especially a lot of help for me when I take it late in the evening, so that when I get up in the mornings I feel less pain when I first start trying to move around.

I am currently taking this medication for a backache. In addition to this, I am having trouble turning my neck and lifting my arm without pain. This medication has been ineffective for the pain. It does cause me to get a little "fuzzy" but does nothing for the pain. (Fuzzy is not good when you have toddlers running around the home). I cannot sleep well, readjust myself when lying down or anything else. :-(

I have significantly annoying spasms in my neck and upper back from multiple car accidents, as well as spasms in my shoulder from a sports injury. This was the first medication prescribed to me and it worked from day one. Can't say enough about it. I do recieve cortisone shots in my shoulder in conjunction with the medication.

I have fibromyalgia, if it was not for soma I would not be able to get out of bed each day. Soma gave me alot of my life back. I have found that some generic brands are less effective than others, if the tab has an A or W on it, they dont work much. I take 2 tabs 3 times a day w/ a mild pain medication.

While this medication worked, it caused me to have serious memory problems and blackouts. The memory problems are still there, even after several years.

This medicine helps out when you need it most. Great for backaches or muscle spasms.

I had back spasams after surgery for Spinal Stenosis and this medication helped throughout my physical theraphy until my muscles got stronger.

the best pill for backaches only use if needed no pain no pill, easy to get hooked.

I have had 1 botched neck fusion and then 2 fairly good surgeries to repair the damage that the first &*&%$^# did to my neck and LIFE!! This medication has been a life saver for me. I get these "headaches" in the back of my head and nothing seems to work. ( I have tried it all) Soma is the ONLY medication that always works. I can't say enough about this med. It's great! I do wish it it didnt'rob me of my energy, but the exchange is well worth it.

I was prescribed this medication the other day for sever back spasms. My spasms can be so severe like a burning sensation in my back and a sharp pain associated with it. I was on flexiral but that didn't seem to work. So far I have had muscle spasms while on the medication but it hasn't been to the point where I wouldn't walk or lye down. I guess only time will tell if it works. I have noticed that when I take this medicine it leave a very nasty taste in my mouth that will last for at least an hour. I recommend taking it with food. just started takin this med - have read comments and sure do hope it works for me - have had 2 soinal fusions and can't find a med to work.

I've had back spasms for years. This has very effectivly reduced and soon made them stop.

i have been diagonsed wit RLS SEVER but also had injury to my back and neck also mar 3 2007 jumped of back of boat and my knee poped really loud and my knee cap was completlt to the side and i have suffered every since somas help me but i still have a hard time sleeping maybe 3-5 hrs a night sometimes it seems my whole body aches my muscles headaches tensed knots in neck certiam meds ive tried did not like the way they made me feel sick wired some trigger RLS dont know what to now

I have Fibromyalgia (a muscle disease) and and SI joint dysfunction (Dislocated hip Bone). I have been on this medication for over 3 yrs. Some days if I didn't have it, well....I couldn't be a Mom. The Carisoprodol 350mg 3x a day has worked wonders for me!!!

It's a great medication, but can easily become dangerously addicting.
