Took this at 8pm last night, went to the bathroom at 6am, and have been in horrible pain ever since. Will not ever take again. Crampy and nauseous

Caused me so much stomach cramping and didn't even work. I thought I was going to die

I took 2 pills 4pm on a Monday here I sit 4pm on Thursday and I still feel like I'm having effects from this. Did clear my constipation but I don't think I would take this again.

Horrible! I had galbladder surgery Tuesday and between That and that pain pills I can't have a bm so I took two last night around 5. It is now 7:06 am and I am in horrible pain and super nauseous my stomach is cramping so badly!!!

OMG! What did I just take?! 1st time user. Just 10 mins after taking I had the worst cramps and pain in my stomach. I broke out in a sweat and thought I was going to pass out. I had to force myself to vomit to relieve myself a little. I hope it does the trick. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.

I took 2 pills around 10 pm at 3am I went to the bathroom but nothing happended, later at 4 30am I went to the bathroom but I had severe pain it was so bad that I cried my eyes out and now it's 6 and I'm still awake and shaking because of the pain... My husband will take me to ER later because this is not normal

DO NOT TAKE! I have IBS and hadn't gone in about 3 days so I decided to take one pill and nothing happened, so then the next night I took 2, and I had somewhat of a bowel movement so the following night I took 3 pills. I woke up about 3 hours later with the WORST pain known. It felt like my stomach was on fire from the inside. I also started sweating all over. I threw the rest of the pills away. This should be taken off the market. I'll be sticking to green tea from now on.

CRAMPS CRAMPS CRAMPS AND MORE CRAMPS hurt like crazy, this is NOT gentle at all. I threw it in the trash where it belongs.

Lately I've been having a hard time making a bowel movement so I decided to take a gentle laxatives and I decided that this one would be my best bet because its gentle as it says on the package I took two pills 5mg at about 9p.m I started to fell them working in about the next hour and half to two hours. Some of the symptoms that I had or abdominal pain and cramps I also started to feel a little nauseous but eventually that died down what is now 8:56 a.m. and I am still having bowel movement many reviews said that the symptoms will last for at least 16 hours but overall I am I am very satisfied with this product and I will be using again.Read More Read Less

This is the first review I have ever done because of the amount of pain I went through while taking this drug.. Yes it does get the job done but the pain with it is so not worth it. I seriously felt like I was in labor. I felt light headed, dizzy, nauseous, and my stomach pains were horrible. I would not advise this drug to anyone.

i had always suffered from constipation but had become worse over the months with me not going for days & when I did go it was only hard lumps, we had booked a holiday in Spain for 2 weeks & while there it got worse, even with eating loads of oranges a day, I saw the doctor after getting back as it was making me feel sick, she examined me & pressed below which did not hurt then gradually pressing gently she moved up to my stomach which felt so painfull to press! she said it was all still in my stomach and prescribed me bisacodyl, she said just to take one 5mg that night and if nothing happend by next night Inshouldmtryntaking 2x 5mg , fortunately I took the 1mg tablet early in the evening because within 2/3 hrs I could feel my stomach making all kinds of noises then I was able to at last start going to the loo, I don't know how many times when I did go before I went to bed I had to get out of bed twice within 2 hrs. I woke up early next morning with stomach pains so had to use the loo straight away,I went a few more times that day,and decided not to take another dose that night which was just as well! works great, one dose was enough

I have been so ill all day. It is the first time I have ever taken these tablets and the last. I have used other makes for years whenever I am constipated but these have made me so sick and I have been on toilet all day producing water from both ends. I thought it must be something I ate but my family ate same as me and are fine. I have just looked up the reviews and was shocked to see many have been like this. I only took 2 last night and woke up at 5 am with a terrible squeezing sensation in my stomach so bad I was throwing up. After dreadful cramps for 3 hours almost like labour. I finally passed a bowell movement at 8 am and for last 10 hours felt sick and passing water every 10 minutes from my bowl. These are dreadful. Do not Take !!!!!!! N. Read More Read Less

I took two of these tablets around 7pm to deal with a bout of constipation. I have IBS and don't normally take laxatives but I was feeling especially uncomfortable so decided to try these. I would say the product began working in 2-3 hours. Started off as normal bm then turned to several episodes of diarrhea. In my experience, the cramping was very mild and had no nausea or chill/sweats. I think one of the reasons this medication didn't effect me in the way I read it had effected so many others is because I did not go to sleep until about 7 hours after taking it. I used the bathroom each time the mild cramping started and think that's what helped. If I would have went to sleep, I know I probably would have woken up in the pain so many described because your body is only going to wake up once the pain is severe. I would have definitely slept right through the cramping I had if I wouldn't have went each time it started. I would recommend taking it and then staying awake for several hours to let it run it's course. And make sure you don't have to leave the house for at least 16 hours as that is about how long the diarrhea lasted for me. It eased off at around 8 hrs after taking and stopped completely in about 16. I would take again if I really needed to, but am going to try more natural ways first to avoid the diarrhea. I usually don't take the time to right on these reviews but this product did no good for me I think it should be taken off shelves. Lots of pain had to lay in bed all day.

As with other reviewers,it caused me excrutiating cramps, sweating and diziness, for no ultimate effect. It is supposed to be "gentle and overnight", but there is nothing gentle about this drug. I was given this on prescription by my GP, but it is availabale on general over the counter sale. It really should be banned for over the counter sale.

Hadn't had a BM in 3 days so took 2 tablets before bed. Woke up at 6 am with a horrible stomach ache, felt like I was going to vomit. Felt sick for about an hour along with terrible cramping. Finally, I gave myself a suppository which then allowed me to empty myself. However, caused me to feel sick, tired and crampy for the remainder of the day. Awful experience. Consider yourself warned, this is not a "gentle" laxative.

I was constipated for a week and I took two laxatives before bed at 10pm. I woke up at 6 am with crazy stomach pains; I thought I was going to throw up. The pains continued all morning and now, I have very liquid diarrhea. DO NOT USE.

Terrible product. I took 2 tablets last night before bed and woke up approximately 6 hours later with excruciating pains in abdomen and esophagus, excess sweating. Didn't know if I needed to vomit or a bowl movement. HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

Horrible product do not use. I took before bed woke up six hours later in horrible pain and feeling like I was going to vomit. I broke out into a horrible sweat. I have felt like a have had the worst flu imaginable. I took this pill thinking it would be gentle because it was made for women. Needs to be taken of the market!!!
