Reclipsen is terrible. I have officially ruined over twenty pairs of underwear because I have had period-amount spotting every day since I started this pill. My first period was much more heavy and longer than normal, and I have already gained six lbs since I started 3 weeks ago. Not to mention the fact that I have such severe mood swings. I have gone from crying to laughing at least twice a day for the past 2 weeks and have even become a bit suicidal. I was taking april and got switched to this. so far I haven't been satisfied with it, and i've been taking it for about 6 mths. i have increased mood swings, and decreased sex drive (big time). i plan on discontinuing it.

I moved from Microgestin to Reclipson and although I still have some cramping all the time. I love it.

I have had nothing but problems on this pill. Migraine headaches, nausea, generally not feeling well at all. I will switch pills after I am done with this pack. There has to be something else out there with fewer side effects.

I've had bad mood swings and headaches within a few days of starting my pack. I'm only taking BC pills to skip my period for my wedding, then I'm ditching these pills asap!

My doctor switched me from tri-cyclin to this drug because I was experiencing pregnancy like symptoms. The good news is that I no longer have the nausea and breast tenderness I had with the tri-cyclin but now I have some new problems. My first period on the reclipsen started out extreamly heavy. I am used to very light periods and on the first night of my period I bled through all of my clothes. It really scared me. My period continued to be heavy for about 3-4 days and then it suddenly stopped. I have been having terrible side effects after starting this birth control so I decided to look it up after almost 3 weeks of taking it. I have the same symptoms that other women have said...headache, dizziness, upset stomach, severe mood swings, feeling like I could be pregnant, and cramping. I switched to Reclipsen after being really happy with Yaz because it wasn't covered by my insurance and cost almost $80 a month. My mood swings were so unlike me that my boyfriend even offered to pay the $80 a month so I could get back to "normal." This medication has been awful for me.Read More Read Less

They switched me from Apri to this and I have been experiencing such horrible mood swings my boyfriend can't stand being around me. I feel very unhappy ever since I have been on this pill.

I used this medication for birth control and it's been very effective.

Since taking Reclipsen, I have had severe nausea, so much I wondered if I could be pregnant. (that's how bad. no I'm not) Low sex drive and almost continual yeast infections. I am now off this pill as of this week.

i have been cramping and has stayed on my cycle longer. i really dont like these pills

Was put on this drug because the manufacturers have discontinued Apri. Apri was fantastic and I had no side effects. I was on Reclipsen for 12 days and gained >5lbs with no change in my eating /exercise habits. Not satisfied!!!

This is my first time using and I have had continous heavy bleeding for 22 days. Feeling a little stressed from all of this. :(

cramping & hair loss!

First time on it, made my period extend, spotting.

My Periods have shortened. 2-3 days of active. and a day or so of spotting. Other than that my mood has improved and i dont have extreme ups or downs as with other birth controls I have been on.

I got a horrible stomach ache and plagued with yeast infections since starting this generic birth control pill
