I have/had a traumatic brain injury. Dreams were weird, and friends kept telling me that I would tell them things that I would not ordinarily say. Not bad, just different. I would "space out", kind of a sleep while awake. I met with my neurologist, and they were not happy that I was put on this drug. If affects the brain very seriously, for those who have had brain injury. It scare ... Show Full Comment

I am a worrier and high strung. I have tried all over the counter medicines and all the non medicine approaches but could not sleep. I love my ambien. When I talk to others taking it and having problems I find that they are not being as careful as they should. I never take it until I am in bed. If I should take it and have to get back up, I make sure someone in my family knows so they can kee ... Show Full Comment

I usually could fall asleep ok, but would wake up 1-3 hours after going to bed and stay up for 3-4 hours then be tired enough to go to sleep for another 5 or so hours. I am on call for my job, so I don't really have a set schedule fo ... Show Full Comment

I have depression, treated with Bupropion 400 mg daily. Bupropion is a stimulant so depending on my work schedule I will either delay my 2nd dose till the evening or take it in the early afternoon. I am on call 24h a day. But mostly I take it in the early afternoon, at last 8 hrs before I think I will be in bed. So been having problems staying asleep at night, I would wake up about 2 hours after g ... Show Full Comment
